Warranty & Returns

If you ever have any issues or concerns with your products, please reach out. I’m always happy to chat and trouble-shoot issues with you.

Change of mind:  Returns, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind due to the nature of the products (for hygiene reasons) - unless the item has not yet been shipped by Linnea Eco. No exchanges or returns will be accepted because of print placement – placements will vary (though I always try my best to get good placements!)

Re-selling:  Well-cared-for nappies can be sold in our VIP group (with permission), or on MCN Buy/Sell/Swap pages. Please do not sell above RRP, and please be honest about the condition of your products.

Returns (inside 30 days):  If your item arrives damaged or faulty you will need to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Please email us at linnea.eco@gmail.com as soon as possible to discuss the issue. The product must be returned in the same condition that you receive it, unused and unprepped. If the product is damaged further or used in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns (outside of 30 days):  Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days unless claiming under warranty.

Warranty:  Only original purchasers will be entitled to warranty claims (no second-hand purchasers or swappers). There is a 6-month warranty on products only where care advice has been followed. Please note that failure to follow care advice will void your product warranty.

Our warranty covers: defective snaps, defective PUL, defective stitching.

It does NOT cover: normal wear and tear (including expected shrinkage, pilling, minor fading), change of mind, any defects previously disclosed as part of a "seconds quality" item sale, damage caused by improper use or improper washing & care routine (please ensure you follow our guidelines), damage caused by machinery such as washing machines and dryers (snags, rips etc), damage caused by heavy usage (such as tears during play etc), damage caused by improper storage, returns because of not getting a good fit on your child, issues based on incorrect fitting or usage, or leaks.

Care Advice: Please refer to detailed washing & care instructions for your product. These can be found on the website here, and also in the "Important Info" section of our Facebook VIP group.

Prepping:  Always wash before first use to remove any manufacturing residue. Note that inserts will reach peak absorbency level after 6-8 washes, but can be used prior to this.

Exchanges: If an exchange is agreed, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be exactly the same - you must bear in mind that all handmade items will have variances, including print placement. If the same fabric is no longer available, you may be offered the option of an exchange for a different print.

Refunds:  If a refund is agreed, it will be processed within 30 days. All payments will be returned using the original payment method.
